Where do you deliver?+
Everywhere in Sri Lanka, door to door. Delivery is Rs. 1,200 flat and free on orders over Rs. 50,000. International delivery is arranged on request through our contact page.
How long does delivery take?+
Colombo and the suburbs usually receive orders within 1 to 2 working days. The rest of the island takes 2 to 4 working days. You get a tracking status inside your account the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on delivery and direct bank transfer today. Card payment through PayHere switches on as soon as our merchant account is connected.
Can I return something?+
Yes. Unworn items with their tags and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Read the full policy on the Returns and Refunds page.
Are the products authentic?+
Everything is sourced directly from authorised stock in the UAE and inspected here before listing. Each order is packed with its own THIMORA card.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Yes, at no charge. Leave a note at checkout and we wrap the piece in cream paper with a gold ribbon, with no prices on the card.
