We do not store card numbers. Card payments, once switched on, are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.

Your details are used to take payment, prepare your parcel, hand it to the courier and answer your questions. Nothing more.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we email you new arrivals and offers. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

Our courier partners see your name, address and phone number so the parcel can reach you. No other third party receives your data.

We never sell, rent or trade customer lists.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have your account and data deleted by writing to us through the contact page.
