Terms of Service

By ordering from THIMORA you confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you are able to enter a binding contract.

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees and include the piece only. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

An order is accepted when we confirm it and it appears in your account. If a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation, we contact you and refund in full.

We can decline an order where we believe it is fraudulent or where a pricing error is obvious.

Leather, stone and metal vary piece to piece, so small differences in grain, veining and tone are normal and are not faults.

We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Measurements are given to the nearest centimetre.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control.
